What does it mean to have a life by design? Well, to start, it means you have control over YOUR own actions. Reflecting on the book, Woman That Move Mountains, bad things happen to good people. We don't pick our parents, and we don't control how they raise us. Some will have amazing experiences in their childhood and others will spend a lifetime trying to forget. What we do have control over, is our FAITH and our THOUGHTS. When you put your trust in GOD's hands and clear your mind of the past, this opens a beautiful window into the future. A life by design is what you choose to make of it. Surround yourself with people who inspire you, invest in learning and growing in areas that make your heart beat a little faster, and experience new places with those with whom you love. That is how you design your life. With faith in the Lord, all things are possible. #womanwhomovenountains
Nicole graduated from high school this past weekend!! It was great to see our family and friends all come and congratulate her:) Of course I got asked from several about the CHALLENGE. No matter where you are, you will always find people interested in getting healthy. We even had a headstand contest to work our core muscles. So I am very excited to see who all is interested in joining the challenge this summer---can't wait to share the success stories!!!!!
So excited to see Kathrin. She was our aupair from Germany when the kids were little! She has been watching my Vi posts and can wait to try a ViShake in the morning! I have so many international friends ask when they can get on the Body by Vi challenge. All I know is less that 1% of the US population is on the challenge, so we have a lot of work to do HERE!!!

The past year has been so amazing so I really don't know where to start. I have always been a healthy active person, but joining ViSalus and The Body by Vi 90-Day Challenge has really taken my life in a new direction. The video above was played during my Ambassador walk in Long Beach CA earlier this year. To go from a stressful pharmaceutical sales career to a work from home mom has been a blessing. I chose the song because my team, "Team Fit For Life" is really on a roll.
